The TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION seeks to improve its PRE CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM by equipping it with an Eye Monitor. The Eye monitor will determine whether the drivers’ eyes are properly open while driving. This feature is expected to work with the current system’s capability to determine the direction of the driver’s face. With this, TOYOTA aims to reduce collision-related damages. The eye monitor feature works like this: a monitoring camera is focused on the driver and is connected to an image-processing computer to determine the position of the driver’s upper and lower eyelids.

When the Pre-Crash System senses an imminent collision and that the driver’s eye behavior becomes irregular (e.g. droopiness, closed eyes etc) or when he is not facing the right direction, it immediately warns the driver of the impending accident. This feature is expected to be included in the upcoming TOYOTA models.

Kyle Busch had no belief of taking his foot off the accelerator from the victory and comfortably out front for just a few laps. Somewhere the team that fired him was lurking in the rearview mirror, which replaced him, was a guy.

Behind the lapped car of Dale Jarrett he got hemmed but Busch refused to back off. He was being left by a room to slide a sheet of notebook paper; he pulled a right up on graying driver’s rear bumper, and he surely would have gave him a blast of the horn if only stock cars came with one.

2009 Matrix VS other competitors

The 2009 Matrix boasts of its versatility as it has space to put anything in it, it can fit anywhere and it can also be used for show.

The Matrix is a sensible choice for people who wants to have the flexibility of a hatchback at a lesser price as the Toyota Matrix has a really inexpensive price point.

The 2009 Matrix can directly compete with other cross-overs made by other companies, such as the Nissan “Versa”, the Honda “Fit”, the the Volkswagen “Golf” and the Subaru “Impreza”.

The 2009 Matrix is in fact “roomy” that it can also be put up against other small vans like Nissan’s “Rogue”, Kia’s “Sportage”, Honda’s “CR-V”, Hyundai’s “Tucson”, Mazda’s “Mazda5” and even other small crossover SUVs.

The Matrix 2009 may be smaller, but in terms of utility, it can live up to expectations.

An unexpected announcement from the Ministry of Finance on March 11 about the increased on tax brand new and used imports and also the ministry would also like to raise the tax on car part imports.

But the good thing is that the impact of the task increases will not have much influence on the operation of big joint ventures like Ford, Toyota, GM Daewoo, Honda or Mercedes Benz. These joint ventures will surely have a lot of orders from clients, which will make them busy for a long time. However, smaller joint ventures including Mekong Auto, VMC or Mitsubishi will face a lot of their difficulties.

One of the new things that this Altis have is its audio controls and multi-information mode button on the steering wheel.

This new product may also find in the luxury cars which display multi-info. Its audio system has a 2DIN with 6CD MP3 tuner by six speakers.
The Matrix runs basically on regular fuel with a mileage rating of 20 miles per gallon in the city, and 30 mpg in the highway for the 2.4 liter engine.

The smaller displacements with manual transmission can make it up to mid-20 mpg in the city and can get past 30 mpg in driving in the highway.

Given that it is made by Toyota, the new engine is one of the Matrix’s best traits as it surpasses the old Matrix engine which was not as reliable as other Toyota engines.

Toyota users would guarantee the quality of Toyota. And the 2009 Matrix is a good choice because it is an inexpensive model that can deliver great mileage be in on the traffic plagued city or the fast paced highway.
