Toyota Motor Corp. is still involved in a stiff competition with rival General Motors Corp. This is despite a weak economic environment. And if that is not heavy enough, new rivals from Chine, Russia, and South America are also attempting to push forward with their products in the global market. So this year, Toyota plans to gain ground by focusing on research on new and more efficient methods to build cars. They are not even afraid to think outside the box if they have to. One example is a training practice that is implemented in the Motomachi assembly complex of the company in Japan. It involves having some workers using golf balls in order to exercise and make their fingers more flexible. But that is only one of the secret stuff they employ! Hmm, sounds a little goofy but apparently they work!
